“We couldn't get the door to unlock, called several numbers in our "Welcome Packet" and nobody returned my call. My family was stressing out, 18 month old crying as we were sitting on the front porch. We went to the Office and a younger guy came back to help with the door. Ended up being dead batteries to the key pad. He was very nice about it! I'm still waiting for a 40.00 refund concerning a billing error, different issue. We loved the cabin itseld and amenities. “Wonderful stay! The camper had everything we needed and more! The furnace wasnt working, they answered us immediately then brought us 2 heaters that more than kept the camper warm. The view was beautiful and we were close to Hocking Hills park. We will definitely be back! ”

“I had a weekend with just my youngest this summer so I let her pick a getaway she said Hocking Hills! I felt very comfortable and safe staying at this campground by myself with 3 teens. Besides all the hiking there was so much to do at the campground! Between the swings in all the trees, the playground and pond my kids never wanted to leave. I did not mind sitting on the giant neck drinking coffee. I am differently interested in coming back with more family to a bigger camper on the grounds!”
